Decorate your Walls with Cool Vinyl Decals from Decaleco { Review and Giveaway }

Growing up I always loved to decorate my room with things that I loved. I love to do the same things in my kids rooms. I like them to be able to express themselves. For instance my son loves, batman, legos etc. He has bedding, pictures etc all over his walls in his room. My oldest daughter loves pandas and princess. She has things all around her room that incorporate these themes.

For my youngest daughter who is now 2 we have a jungle theme in her room. She doesn't like a certain animal so we have a bit of them all in her room. A good majority of the color scheme in her room is browns and darker greens. I just can't get enough of decorating a childs room and have to take advantage of it with her. I have to allow my older two to express themselves and kind of let them do their thing in their rooms. I still have a say in what goes on in her room. I won't have that option much longer..LOL

We were able to do a review for a company called Decaleco. They are the coolest company around. They make vinyl decals that can be placed on walls and so much more. We were sent a Custom Kid’s Name with Circle and Dots decal in which I placed in my youngest daughters room that is a jungle theme.

It is a green circle that has different colored green dots surrounding it. Then it has her name Aryana spelled out that goes across some of it and extending out past the circle.

The picture above shows all the items we received and the packaging that it came in. There is a total of 2 decals as you can see in the picture. One is of the circle /dots and the other is of her name Aryana. It also came with a full sheet of directions on how to use them, with pictures and all. They walk you through each step to successfully use the items and if you still need more help you can also contact them for assistance or view Step-by-Step instructions on their site.

I love that it came in a cardboard tube which ensured that the decals arrived perfect.

I was first going to do the circle with dots decal. We decided to place it on one of the walls in my youngest daughters room. The directions say to first clean your surface and make sure it is entirely clean. I took a rag and just wiped down the wall that we wanted to place it on. Each decal comes attached to transfer paper and has a white backing paper attached too.

 

We had to remove the white backing paper off of the first decal. All of the decals stay attached to the transfer paper in which is sticky. We then placed it on the wall where we wanted it. I then began in the corner and smoothed the decal out on the wall ensuring that no bubbles got under it. I then took a play credit card my oldest daughter has and smoothed it out all the way and to apply it to the wall.  Once I had that done I could then remove the transfer paper carefully and poof!!!  The decal was then applied to the wall. I couldn't believe how easy and quick it was.

I then followed the same steps to apply the decal with her name to the wall too. As you can see from the photos above we have showed the steps we took along with the finished product. We love it so much and it looks great in her room.
